Welcome to Elytra ("Elytra", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elytra platform, website, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Elytra.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using Elytra, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws.
2. Nature of Services
Elytra provides AI-powered analytics, dashboards, and educational resources for informational and research purposes only.
Elytra does not provide investment, financial, trading, or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be interpreted as such.
Elytra does not manage funds, hold client assets, or execute trades on your behalf.
Any decisions you make using insights from Elytra are entirely your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Elytra operates on a subscription model with different plans (Essential, Professional, Institutional).
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
Free trial offers are subject to the specific terms displayed at sign-up.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Token Rewards
Elytra may provide engagement-based rewards in the form of Elytra tokens ("Tokens").
Tokens are loyalty and engagement rewards only. They are not dividends, profit shares, or guaranteed returns.
Elytra reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Holding Tokens does not entitle users to ownership, equity, or financial rights in Elytra.
5. Partner Products
Elytra may integrate or display third-party tools, products, or services.
Elytra is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
Use of partner products is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, analytics, designs, and data provided through Elytra are the exclusive property of Elytra or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or business research.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Elytra's content without written permission.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse Elytra, including but not limited to:
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
Scraping or harvesting data from Elytra for resale.
Using Elytra to promote or conduct illegal activity.
8. Disclaimers
Elytra provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Elytra makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or performance of analytics.
Backtests, forecasts, and signals are for educational and informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.
You acknowledge that trading and investing in digital assets carry significant risks, including risk of loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elytra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading or investment losses.
In all cases, Elytra's liability shall be limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and stop using Elytra at any time.
Elytra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first. If not resolved, disputes shall be handled through arbitration or court as required under applicable law.
12. Changes to Terms
Elytra may update these Terms from time to time.
We will provide notice of significant changes by posting updates on our website or notifying you by email.
Continued use of Elytra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
